Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in other

matter, relating to same FIR vide order dated 18^th December,

2017, passed in criminal misc. petition No. 5838/2017, certain

directions were issued.

Taking note of the order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of

this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No. 5838/2017, the

present petition is allowed and the trial Court is directed to release

the tractor and trolly sezied as case property by imposing

following condition;-

(a) That the petitioner shall keep the vehicle so released intact

and shall not change
