Judgment / Order
18/12/2019
Petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition under Article
226 of The Constitution of India.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have
gone through the record available on the file carefully.
It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter-in-law is
missing since 21.08.2019. Petitioner has already lodged missing
report and FIR Annexure-2 has been registered by the police at
the instance of the petitioner.
Thus, petitioner has already taken recourse to law by lodging
the FIR with regard to the offence-in-question and the same is
being investigated by the Investigating Agency.
No ground for interference by this court is made out.
Dismissed.
