Heard Mr. R. Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the

appellant as well as Mr. S. Debnath, learned Addl. P.P. appearing

for the State-respondent.

The relevant facts and background of the prosecution,

case, as depicted by the learned Trial Court are as follows:-

“Sri Nityananda Deb (hereinafter called as informant)

lodged a written ejahar on 13.08.2012 alleging interalia that his

daughter Smt. Namita Saha got married with Pradip Saha on

08.12.2010 . At the time of marriage as per demand of groom
