This petition by the petitioner Sri Haradhan Nath is directed

against the judgment dated 17^th January, 2005 passed by the learned

Sessions Judge, South Tripura, Udaipur whereby the learned Sessions

Judge allowed the revision petition filed by the respondent herein, held her

to be the wife entitled to maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C and

granted her maintenance @ Rs.400/- per month. He also awarded

maintenance @ Rs.700/- per month to the daughter of the petitioner. The
