Heard Mr. P.Roy Barman, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr.

Samarjit Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the petitioners also heard Mr. K.C

Bhattacharjee, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-contemnors.

The present Contempt Petition has been filed under Article 215 of

the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act,

1971 for drawing up proceeding against the respondent-contemnors for willful

and deliberate disobedience and disregard of the specific direction of this Court

dated 03.02.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.78 of 2023.

The brief facts of the case is that petitioners jointly filed WP(c)
