Heard Mr. R. Datta, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner.

This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution

of India for interfering with the order dated 21.05.2018

delivered in Ex(T) 10 of 2016 by the Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Court

No.2, Dharmanagar, North Tripura.

submitted that after the decree was passed the referred

notification

dated

16.03.2017

was

issued

attaching

the

properties of the judgment-debtor namely Cosmic Negotiators

Private Limited. The Civil Court [the executing court] have

exceeded its jurisdiction by asking for a report from the Principal

Secretary, Government of Tripura, Finance Department.
