Order

This is a petition filed under article 227 of the Constitution

of India for exercising the power of Superintendence against the

Order dated 03.03.2022 passed by the learned Addl. District

Judge, West Tripura, Agartala(Court NO.2) in RCC(Revision)

No.04 of 2019.

It is the case of the petitioner that, the respondent filed an

eviction petition in the learned Rent Control Court against the

petitioner under Section 12, Sub Section II(d) and Sub Section 2

of the Tripura Building (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1975 to

direct the petitioner to put the respondent in possession of the

premises described in the schedule of the Revision Petition. The

learned Rent Control Court by its Judgment dated 09.06.2017

allowed the petition of the respondent with a direction upon the

petitioner to put the respondent in possession by removing all
