petitioner and Mr. M Debbarma, learned Addl. GA appearing for the

respondents.

By the order dated 10.01.2022, this court requested Mr.

Debbarma,

for

taking

instruction

from

the

respondents, whether the petitioner can be accommodated in some

other office under the same district.

Mr. M Debbarma, learned Addl. GA, today on the basis of

instruction has submitted that the impugned transfer order contained in

the memorandum dated 25/08/2021 (Annexure-2 to the writ petition)

will be modified by posting the petitioner namely, Sankar Chandra

Saha, a Group-D employee, who has been transferred from the District

Education Office, Udaipur, Gomati, Tripura to Gilatali Bazar HC School,

Khowai, Tripura.
