This appeal under Section 374(2) of the Cr.P.C. questions

the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 05.08.2017 delivered

in Case No.ST(T-1)85/2014. By the said judgment the appellant has

been convicted for committing offence punishable under Section

376(1) and 302 of the IPC.

Pursuant to the said conviction, the appellant has been

sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for life and to pay fine of
