420, 406, 120-B and 411 of the IPC,

Dalanwala,

Distt.

Dehradun.

It is argued that the accused has

been falsely implicated; he is languishing

in jail since 17.10.2020; he has no

criminal history; as per the investigation

Rs.3,43,000/ - were transferred in his

account but as per the counter affidavit,

the

police

has

already

recovered

Rs.1,70,000/ - from his possession on

17.10.2020; the accused has prepared a

demand draft of the remaining amount in

favour of C.J.M. concerned and will

deposit the same before the concerned

Court;

he

is

ready

to

furnish

the

sureties; and he may be granted bail.
