In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed

for a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned transfer

order dated 25.12.2021 passed by respondent No. 1,

which is annexed as Annexure-1, whereby the petitioner

has been transferred from Construction Division, Public

Works

Department,

Roorkee,

District-Haridwar

to

Provincial Division, Public Works Department, Bhatwari,

District–Uttarkashi.
