Applicant Ayush alias Anurag, is in judicial

custody in FIR No. 483 of 2021, under Sections 354, 509

IPC, Section 11/12 and 13/14 of Protection of Children From

Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short, “the Act”) and Section

67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Police Station

Bahadrabad, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on

bail.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and

perused the record.

According to the FIR, the applicant was used to

talk with the victim, a girl aged 16 years over the telephone.

Sometimes in the year 2021, the informant, who is father of

the victim found that the victim was tensed. He asked the

victim, as to what had happened to her? Thereafter, the
