Mr. Ankurit Raj David, the associate of the

counsel on record Mr. Mani Kumar, the learned counsel,

submits that the petitioners want to withdraw the

present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be

withdrawn.

3.

In sequel thereto, all pending applications

stand disposed of.

4.

Urgent certified copy of this judgment be

granted to the parties on proper application.
