Applicant Nar Singh is in judicial custody in

FIR No.14 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 147,

149, 304 IPC, Police Station Danya, District Almora. He

has sought his release on bail.

This is second bail application. First bail

application has already been rejected on 16.07.2021.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and

perused the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant would

submit that the father of the applicant died on

10.04.2021 and now, to perform the varshik shraddh, the

applicant be released on bail.

tell, as to when the presence of the petitioner is required?
