applicants seek to quash the impugned

summoning order dated 13.11.2017 as

well as the entire proceedings of the

Criminal Case No. 403 of 2017 for the

offence punishable under Sections 420,

468 and 506 IPC, pending in the Court of

learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tehri

Garhwal.

Along

with

the

petition,

a

joint

compounding application has been filed. I n

support of the compounding application,

affidavits have been filed by applicant nos.

1 & 2 and by the second respondent.

Accused

applicants

as

well

as

respondent no. 2, duly identified by their
