The petitioner is 69 years of age. She

is co-accused in F.I.R. No. 341 of 2018, under

Sections 147, 148, 354, 452 and 307 of the

I.P.C., loded with Police Station Rishikesh,

District Dehradun.

The allegations in the F.I.R. are that

number of persons equipped with kulhari,

sariya, patal and other weapons had entered

into the house of the complainant and

assaulted Puja and Anil, due to which, they

have suffered grievous injuries. The injury

report finds place on record as Annexure

No.2. No doubt, apparently, the injuries on

persons are serious in nature, most of them

being inflicted on head.

Looking to the contents of the F.I.R.

and also considering the age of the petitioner,

as no specific role has been assigned in the

F.I.R. as against the petitioner nor does it

discloses that whether she has used any

weapon in inflicting the injuries on Puja and

Anil.
