JUDGEMENT

Hon’ble Sharad Kumar Sharma, J.

Brief facts of the case are, that in relation to a

certain set of allegations with regard to the misconduct in

performance of the work of cutting of trees, which was

assigned to the petitioner for lot No. 111/2010-11, there were

certain allegations against him with regard to the

performance of the work, as assigned to the petitioner way

back in 2010-11.

It is contended that after the performance of the

work, the lot which was received on 7th April, 2011, i.e. after

the closure of the financial year, whereby, the Sal Trees,

which were spread therein for over an area of 35 hectare,

numbering about 3404 trees, in the lot having a diameter of

2099 cubic meters. They were said to have been mis-utilized,

and due to which, an action was intended to be taken against

the petitioner by
