Applicant Bitoo @ Subodh, who is in judicial custody in

FIR No. 204 of 2020, under Section 306 IPC, Police Station Vikas

Nagar, District Dehradun, has sought his release on bail.

This matter is taken up and heard through Video

Conferencing.

This matter was listed yesterday. The Court posed certain

questions to learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the

complainant, but there was no reply to it, which are as follows:-

(i) Whether any obscene video was sent by the applicant to

the deceased and if so, whether the mobile of the

deceased was recovered and if so, when and who saw it?

(ii) Whether the applicant has written anything in the diary of

the deceased
