The challenge in this petition is made to the

impugned order dated 25.04.2022, summoning order dated

19.10.2019 as well as the entire proceedings of Complaint

Case No. 1414 of 2019, Smt. Asha Vs. Amit Kumar and

others, under Sections 452, 323, 504 & 506 IPC, pending in

the court of Judicial Magistrate/3^rd Additional Civil Judge

(Junior Division), Haridwar.

perused the record.
