The appellant herein filed Writ Petition (M/S) No.938 of

2020 seeking a writ of certiorari to quash the proceedings of the fourth

respondent dated 10.06.2020; to quash the consequential order passed by

the third respondent dated 12.06.2020; and to issue a mandamus directing

the second respondent to declare the petitioner as responsive in the

technical bid of the tender in question ie Survey, Design and Construction

of Works con
