This revision is directed against the order dated

23.04.2022, passed in Sessions Trial No.08 of 2017, State

vs. Himanshu and others, by the court of Additional

Sessions Judge/FTC, Haridwar (for short, “the trial”). By

the impugned order, an application filed by the revisionist

seeking assistance of an Expert in signs language has

been rejected.

perused the record.
