The petitioners by means of the present writ petition have

challenged the order of the Assistant Collector, Ist Class, Dehradun

dated 13.1.1986 as well as order dated 5.3.1987 passed by the

Commissioner, Garhwal Division, Pauri and also order dated

23.2.1993 passed by the Board of Revenue and order dated 14.7.2010

passed by the Additional Chief Revenue Commissioner, Uttarakhand,

Dehradun.

On the facts stated in the writ petition and the annexures filed in

support of the contentions in the writ petition as well as the

submission made by the counsel representing the State of Uttarakhand

(which is the only respondent impleaded by the petitioners) that all the
