Heard.
Applicant‐ Sukh Lal who is in jail in connection
with FIR No. 472 of 2013, under section 379, 411 IPC,
FIR No. 475 of 2013, under section 379, 411 and 420
IPC, FIR No. 470 of 2013, under section 379, 411 IPC
and FIR No. 470 of 2013, under section 379,411, 420 IPC

registered at Police Station Haldwani, District Nainital,
has sought his release on bail.
It is contended by learned counsel for the
applicant that applicant is not named in the three FIRs.
The name of the applicant came into light in the fourth
FIR, after his arrest. It is further submitted that
applicant has falsely been implicated in the case.
Applicant has no criminal history.
Having considered submission of learned counsel
for the applicants, without expressing any opinion as to
final merits of the case, this Court is of the view that
applicant deserves bail.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. Let
applicant Sukh Lal be released on bail on executing
personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each of the
like amount to the satisfaction of the Magistrate
concerned.
