Applicant Vikrant @ Vicky, who is in judicial custody in

Crime No. 397 of 2020 under Sections 380, 457 and 411 IPC, Police

Station Laksar, District Haridwar, has sought his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the parties through video

conferencing.

FIR was lodged on 25.05.2020, in the case with the

averments that on 22.05.2020, theft was committed in the house of the

informant. Various household articles were stolen. According to the

case, some of the articles were recovered from the accussed and some

from co-accused.

Learned counsel for the applicant would argue that Mukul

@ Kama has already been granted bail, a fact, which is established by

production of bail order, which is Annexure no-3 to the bail

application.
