On account of certain grounds of misconduct as prime facia

reflected in the order of suspension dated 19.04.2021, as well as,

that in the order dated 08.06.2021, by virtue of which the

attachment of the petitioner from the office of Additional Labour

Commissioner, Dehradun, he has been altered and attached to the

office of Labour Commissioner, Haldwani, district Nainital, had

been put to challenge.

There are various contentions, which have been raised by

the learned counsel for the petitioner, while putting a challenge to

the two impugned orders dated 19.04.2021 and the order of his

attachment dated 08.06.2021, and in support of his contention,

the learned counsel for the petitioner has argued the case from the

perspective of the implicat
