Both these bail applications arise from one and

the same FIR, therefore, they are being decided by this

common order.

Applicants Moin Khan and Ali Ahmad are in

judicial custody in FIR No. 81 of 2022, Police Station

Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar. Applicant Moin

Khan is in judicial custody under Section 307 IPC and

applicant Ali Ahmad is in judicial custody under sections

307, 120B and 34 IPC. They have sought their release on

bail.
