Present writ petition is filed assailing the order

dated 27.05.2005 passed by Assistant Labour Commissioner,

Garhwal, directing the State to pay Rs. 92,842/- to the workman

/ respondent no. 1.

Undisputed brief facts of the present case are that

workman / respondent no. 1, herein, was working as daily

wager with Rajkiya Khad Vigyan Prashikshan Kendra,

Kotdwar;
