By means of this writ petition, petitioner has

sought quashing of F.I.R. No. 0238 of 2022, under

Sections 420 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Haldwani,

District Nainital. Mr. Amit Rajput, Sales Manager has

been authorized by Director of M/s Time Equipment

Private Ltd. (petitioner herein) to sign every legal

document related to the aforesaid case. Authorization

letter has been annexed as Annexure No. 2 to the writ

petition.

counsel for respondent no. 3 and counsel for the petitioner
