It has been stated in the compounding

application

that

parties

have

entered

into

compromise and amicably settled their dispute and

now the complainant/ victim does not have any

grievance with the accused applicants. Accused

applicant no. 1 is in jail and he is being represented

by his brother Rajnish Kumar. Rajnish Kumar and

accused applicant no. 2 and the complainant/ victim,

duly identifie
