petitioner, Mr. N.P. Sah, Standing Counsel for the State of

Uttarakhand, Mr. Dharmendra Barthwal, learned counsel for

respondent No. 7 and perused the record.

By means of present writ petition, petitioner has

sought following reliefs:-

i)

Issue a writ, direction or order in the nature of

mandamus commanding the respondent authority to

make payment of all dues of late Smt. Prabha i.e.

provident

fund,

gratuity,

insurance,

earned

leave/encashment leave etc. to the petitioner for which

petitioner is entitled after calling for all the record from

office of respondent no. 4 to produce before this Hon’ble

Court.

Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of
