the FIR No. 17441/2018 has been dismissed

by the learned Trial Court vide order dated

22.04.2019 and the revision there of has also

been dismissed by the revisional court vide

order dated 15.01.2020. Feeling aggrieved by

the aforesaid orders, the petitioner has

approached this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner

confined his prayer only to the extent that this

Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the

learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Kashipur, to decide the Release application of

the vehicle filed by the applicant.
