Mr. Lalit Sharma, learned counsel for the

applicants.

Mr. Pankaj Joshi, learned B.H. for the State.

Accused– Gaurav Tyagi and Ashu Tyagi have

sought their release on bail in connection with Case

Crime/FIR No.95/2019, u/s 307, 120-B IPC,

registered at P.S. SIDCUL, District Haridwar.

It is argued that the accused have been falsely

implicated; they are languishing in jail since

29.01.2021; there is no criminal history against

them; the statement of injured has already been

recorded before the trial court in which she did not

support the prosecution story; they are ready to

furnish the sureties; and they may be granted bail.

Per contra, learned counsel for the State

opposed for bail but admitted that there is no

criminal history against them.

In the present matter, the accused are

languishing in jail since 29.01.2021 having no

criminal history; as per the statement of injured; she

did not make any allegation against the applicants;

accordingly, she was declared
