It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

petitioner

that

the

petitioner

no.

is

the

proprietor/owner of the firm, namely, M/s Laxmi

Contractor & General Supplies, Dehradun and the said

firm owned the trucks bearing registration no. UK07

CA 3932, UK07 CA 1321 and UK07 CA 2387. It is

stated that the said truck of the petitioners was seized

by the authority against the spirit of law and also

against the mandates of the settled principle of law and

further the challan was issued under Section 177, 184,
