Present writ petition is directed against the award /

order dated 30.1.1999 in Adjudication Case No. 26 / 98

contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition, whereby

the respondent no. 3 has been directed to be reinstated

along with compensation of Rs. 5,000/- and Rs. 500/- as

litigation expenses.

A dispute was referred, vide notification No. 744-

57/Dehradun C.P. 61/97 dated 19.1.1998 which was

registered as Adjudication Case No. 26 / 98. The reference

was made in the following terms:

“Whether the termination of services of Workman

Sri Ravi Kumar, daily wager with effect from

26.10.1994 is unjustified and / or illegal, if yes, to

what benefit/relief the concerned employee is

entitled to and to what extent?”
