Present writ petition is directed against the award /

order dated 19.2.1999 in Adjudication Case No. 98 of 1998

contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition, whereby

the respondent no. 3 has been directed to be reinstated

along with compensation of Rs. 5,000/- and Rs. 500/- as

litigation expenses.

A dispute was referred, vide notification No. 4377-

82/ MRIR(Sandarbh) C.P. No. 142(s)/97 dated 28.3.1998

which was registered as Adjudication Case No. 98 /98.
