for the State of Uttarakhand.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner for

quashing the F.I.R. dated 08.07.2018, registered as

F.I.R. No./ Case Crime No. 0024 of 2018, for the

offences punishable under Sections 420, 409 I.P.C. at

P.S. Lamgara, District Almora.

Learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for

the State makes a statement at the bar that, after

completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed

against the petitioner and this criminal writ petition has

rendered infructuous.

In view of the statement of learned Deputy

Advocate General, this criminal writ petition has

become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the

Court concerned on or before 02.08.2019. It is made

clear that as soon as the petitioner appears before the

Court below and moves bail application, the same shall

be considered as far as possible on the same day itself

on its merit.
