Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused

the record.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that

the applicant is father-in-law of the victim having age of

more than 65 years and is suffering from ailments; he is

innocent and has nothing to do with the present case. It is

submitted that in the statement of the victim recorded

under Section 161 Cr.P.C. by the Investigating Officer, the

victim has stated that she got burnt injuries due to burst

of the stove on which she was cooking fo
