same FIR, therefore, they are being decided by this

common order.

Applicants Sonam and Jaiveer are in judicial

custody in Case Crime No.18 of 2021, under Sections

302, 120-B IPC, Police Station Dalanwala, District

Dehradun. They have sought their release on bail.

The deceased, Saroj Devi was 62 years of age

when she died. She was staying with her son Jaiveer and

daughter-in-law
