This criminal misc. application has been

filed by the applicants to quash the summoning order

dated 30.05.2014/non bailable warrant issued against

the applicant no.1, and proceedings of Criminal Case

No.2383/2014, “State vs. Bhanwar Singh & others,”

under Sections 307, 323 & 506 of IPC, pending in the

Court of Judicial Magistrate 1^st, Roorkee, District

Haridwar.

Briefly put, the case of the applicant is that,

one Mayank Chaudhary filed an application under

Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C., against the applicants and

his father, stating therein that, on 13.11.2009 between

07:00 to 5:15 p.m., the applicants and his fathers
