The petitioners to the present writ petition

admittedly are discharging their services with the

respondents-institution, which is yet to be brought

within the grant-in-aid. In fact, the respondents

nos.4 & 5 are the institutions, which are privately

aided and they have been managing their affairs

from their own coffers, they are yet to be brought

with in grant-in-aid.

The grievance of the petitioners in the

present writ petition is as against the advertisement,

whereby the respondent nos.4 & 5 intend to fill in

the vacancies of posts, which are alleged to have

been held by the petitioner by inviting the

applications

by

issuing

advertisement

on

17.11.2011.

Since it is exclusively a private institution

and it is yet to be provincialised or brought within

the grant-in-aid, the petitioners remedy would be to

approach the Ed
