Shri Gaurav Singh, learned counsel for the

petitioner.

Ms. Manisha Rana, learned AGA for the State.

Petitioners have approached this Court for

quashing of the FIR No. 1118 of 2022 dated 28.11.2022

registered under Section 186, 332, 353, 504, 506 IPC,

Police Station – Laksar, District Haridwar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit

that contents of the FIR are inherently improbable,

therefore, FIR should be quashed.

However, it is borne out from the records that

informant has specifically mentioned the names of the

accused persons and the fact that they abused the

informant in filthy language and then assaulted some

policemen, who were in plain clothes. This Court is of

the opinion that the contents of the FIR does make a

prima facie case in favour of the prosecution in the

sense that offences are made out against the petitioners.
