The applicant has moved this bail

seeking

regular

bail

in

connection with Case Crime No.567 of

2017 under Sections 392, 411 IPC, P.S.

Kotwali Manglaur, District Haridwar.

Learned counsel for the applicant

submitted that the applicant has falsely

been implicated in the instant case: he is

not

named

in

the

FIR

and

he

is

languishing in jail since 14.11.2017. In

support of his submission learned counsel

for the applicant referred the complaint

dated

12.11.2017

made

by

the

complainant in which it is stated that

some unknown person robbed him. He

also referred the recovery memo dated

13.11.2017 in which it is mentioned that

the recovery was made on 13.11.2017.

Learned counsel for the applicant also

pointed out the chik FIR in which name of

the applicant is shown as accused. He

submitted that when complaint was made

against unknown person, how applicant’s

name was put on chik FIR. This shows
