Since the Uttarakhand Public Services

Tribunal has jurisdiction to deal with the

claim raised in this petition, we dispose of

this petition with the liberty to the petitioner

to approach the Uttarakhand Public Services

Tribunal.

Considering the fact that the petitioner

is 75 years old, we stay the operation of the

impugned order for a period of three weeks,

during which period she may approach the

Tribunal.

6.

It shall be open to the Tribunal to pass

orders, including the interim orders, after

examining the merits of the petitioner’s

claim.

7.

Writ petition stands disposed of
