Brief facts of the case are that marriage of the

petitioner and respondent was solemnized on 12.11.2009

according to Hindu rites and rituals and out of their wedlock

one male child was born. Due to some matrimonial discord

between the husband and wife, they started living separately.

The respondent has filed suit under Section 13 (1) (1-a) of the

Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking a decree of divorce against
