Mr. Kurban Ali, Advocate for the revisionist.

The Criminal Revision in question is emanating

from an order passed by the Judge Family, Court,

Dehradun on an application filed under Sub Section (2)

of Section 125 of Cr.P.C. by the respondent/wife for

grant of interim maintenance. The said application was

registered as Case No.01 of 2019, Smt. Shefali Chauhan

vs. Sri Mohit Rawat. The learned Family Court,

Dehradun on the basis of the impugned order under

challenge has determined the interim maintenance,

which has been directed to be made payable at the rate

of Rs.7,500/- per month.

The pleadings raised in the criminal revision are

contrary to what the records reflect. Section 125 of

Cr.P.C. application was initiated by the respondent/wife

on 02.01.2019 which was registered as Misc. Criminal

Case No.01 of 2019 alongwith an application for grant

of interim maintenance under Sub Section (2) of Section

125 Cr.P.C. Notices were issued on the said application
