Heard over bail application moved by accused-applicant,

Radha, in Case Crime No. 0293 of 2020, under Sections 302,

201, 120-B IPC, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Etah.

Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-

applicant is innocent; she has been falsely implicated in this

very case crime number and is languishing in jail since

10.2.2021; she is of no criminal antecedent and there is no

likelihood of fleeing from course of justice or tempering with

evidence in case of release on bail. She is wife of deceased and

she has informed her father-in-law about missing of her

husband, on the basis of which, this report of missing was got

lodged. Place of occurrence, from where dead body was

recovered, are somewhere else and offence under Section 302

and 201 IPC was got registered at Police Station Kotwali Nagar,

District Etah, on 7.5.2020 at 14:49 PM upon report of village
