This Misc. Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India

has been filed seeking following reliefs:

i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for

quashing the impugned order dated 24.09.2021, passed by the District

Magistrate, Hapur in Case No. 464 of 2021 (State vs. Anand)

Computer Case No. D202111730000464, under Section 3/4 of U.P.

Control of Goondas Act, 1970, P.S. Hafizpur, District Hapur as well as

impugned order dated 15.12.2021, passed by the Commissioner

Meerut Division, Meerut in Case No. 1438 of 2021 Computer Case

No. C202111000001438 (Anand vs. State)

ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus

commanding and directing the respondents not to give effect of

impugned order dated 24.09.2021, passed by the District Magistrate,

Hapur in Case No. 464 of 2021 (Stat
