of 2003, Setting Aside Abatement Application No.

151203 of 2003 and Substitution Application No.

151204 of 2003 :-

Instant substitution application along with delay

condonation application and application for setting-aside

the abatement application have been filed on behalf of the

petitioners to bring on record the heirs and legal

representatives of the deceased petitioners no.1, 9, 11, 12,

14, 15, 16, 17 and respondents no.6 & 8.

There is no oppose to the delay condonation, setting-aside

abatement application and the substitution application.

Cause shown for delay in filing the substitution application

is to the satisfaction of the Court. Delay is condoned.

Accordingly, aforesaid three applications are allowed.
