By means of this Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the

applicant has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court for quashing

the charge-sheet No.A 511 of 2021 dated 31.10.2021, cognizance order

dated 25.11.2021 as well as entire criminal proceedings of Sessions Trial

No.581 of 2021 (State Vs. Krishn Kumar Chauhan and others) arising out

of Case Crime No.3 of 2021, under Sections 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters &

Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Robertsganj,

District Sonbhadra, pending before the Additional Session Judge (F.T.C.)

Gangster Act, Sonbhadra.

It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the F.I.R.

dated 01.01.2021 registered as Case Crime No.03 of 2021 under Section
