This petition has been filed praying for direction to the

respondent no.2, Prescribed Authority/ S.D.M., Tehsil Bilaspur,

District Pilibhit to decide the election petition bearing

No.T202112560204451 (Laxmi Singh vs. Shabana & others)

filed under Section 12C of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, within some

stipulated period of time.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that election

petition is pending before the Prescribed Authority/Sub-

Divisional Magistrate Tahsil-Bisalpur, District-Pilibhit since

07.05.2021 and till date the case is not decided.

The petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent

no.2 i.e. Prescribed Authority/Sub-Divisional Magistrate Tahsil-

Bisalpur, District-Pilibhit to decide the election petition bearing

No.T202112560204451 (Laxmi Singh vs. Shabana & others)

filed under Section 12C of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act within a

period of six months from the date a copy of this order, duly

downloaded from the official website of this court is produced

by the petitioner before the Prescribed Authority/Sub-Divisional

Magistrate Tahsil-Bisalpur, District-Pilibhit provided there is no

legal impediment.
